Corona Indian type was found in the bodies of two people in Bangladesh. They are both men and both have recently come to Bangladesh from India. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Coronavirus's open database of the genome of coronavirus has been published on the website of the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID) in Germany. This information was published yesterday Friday.
According to the GISAID website, one of the two men is 41 years old. His home in Bangladesh is in Dhaka Cantonment. This person was infected with coronavirus while traveling in India. He did not receive any coronavirus vaccine. Samples were collected from this person by the Institute for Developing Sciences and Health Initiatives (IDESI).
The second person to be identified as a type of Indian corona is 23 years old. His home is in Khulna. This person also contracted coronavirus while traveling in India. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
According to GISAID, they have no information about the current condition of the two men or their whereabouts.
Syed Muktadir Al Siam, a researcher at the Child Health Research Foundation (CHRF), a non-governmental organization based on GISAID data, told Prothom Alo on Saturday that the Indian variant (type) B.1.616.2 has been found in Bangladesh. IEDCR has submitted it.
Syed Muktadir said GISAID data said it was obtained from samples collected on April 28 and 29.
Microbiologist Senjuti Saha has been working on genome sequencing of coronavirus in the country from the very beginning. He said in the first light, 'The variant (B.1.617.2) found in Bangladesh, there is no E474Q mutation. It would have been very harmful to have. It seems that our vaccine will work here.
Earlier this year, GSAID reported on the existence of Corona Nigeria, South Africa and the United Kingdom in Bangladesh.
Indian variants of the coronavirus have been found in at least 17 countries around the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Tuesday that the Indian version of the corona is known as 'B1.18.2'. This type of corona is considered to be highly contagious. It is thought to be contributing to the spread of coronavirus in India.
Scientists say the character of the coronavirus is that it mutates rapidly and regularly. There are thousands of coronavirus mutants in the world.
On April 25, it was learned that a coronary Nigerian type existed in Bangladesh. At least 10 people in the country have so far been diagnosed with the coronary Nigerian type.
